WHY I WROTE THIS BOOK AND THE REASONS YOU SHOULD READ IT

The information I have provided you in this book will help you battle the worker’s compensation insurance company.

This is book is written for victims of work-related injuries so they can obtain information before dealing with a worker’s compensation insurance adjuster and/or hire a worker’s compensation attorney.

Not every work injury case requires the services of an attorney. Small cases where an injured worker has very little medical treatment and a minor injury the injured worker may be able to handle the case without hiring an attorney. That being said, an injured worker is at a great disadvantage when dealing with an insurance company adjuster and/or the attorney for the insurance company because the injured worker does not know the rules of the Illinois worker’s compensation act, whereas the insurance claims adjuster does. Even though the insurance claims adjuster knows the law, they still hire attorneys to represent their interest.
