Illinois workers compensation case McHenry county Lake
County
WHY
I WROTE THIS BOOK AND THE REASONS YOU SHOULD READ IT
The information I have provided you in this book will help you
battle the worker’s compensation insurance company.
This is book is written for victims of work-related injuries so
they can obtain information before dealing with a worker’s
compensation insurance adjuster and/or hire a worker’s
compensation attorney.
Not
every work injury case requires the services of an attorney.
Small cases where an injured worker has very little medical
treatment and a minor injury the injured worker may be able to
handle the case without hiring an attorney. That being said, an
injured worker is at a great disadvantage when dealing with an
insurance company adjuster and/or the attorney for the insurance
company because the injured worker does not know the rules of
the Illinois worker’s compensation act, whereas the insurance
claims adjuster does. Even though the insurance claims adjuster
knows the law, they still hire attorneys to represent their
interest.
My
name is David N. Rechenberg. I have been representing injured
workers against worker’s compensation insurance adjusters since
the beginning of my career and I have been licensed to practice
law since 1987. I have a website dedicated to worker’s
compensation cases:
www.IllinoisWorkInjuryLawyer.com.
I
encourage you to visit the website to learn more information on
worker’s compensation cases.
I
realize that a work injury is traumatic, nerve-wracking and
anxiety-provoking for the injured worker, in addition, the
effect it has on the injured worker’s family is dramatic. If the
injured worker is the family’s main financial provider,
questions arise such as: How will I pay my bills and provide for
my family?, Who will pay my medical bills?, Will I get fired if
i file a worker’s compensation claim?, and How will I survive
this ordeal? The answers to those questions can be found in the
pages of this book.
